The Financial District is where it all  started for NYC.  This simple Dutch Colony has certainly changed over the years!  Join us for another fun and informative scavenger hunt as we set out to uncover clues, secrets and really cool things in Manhattans oldest neighborhood!  The group will meet for cocktails at The Battery Gardens Cafe  where we will set you up on teams and send you out on your journey!

Here is how it works:

-Arrive at the  Battery Gardens cafe between 6:30-7pm.  Enjoy a cocktail and a snack and we will start putting together teams (unless you already have one)

-Once you have a team you will be sent out into the area from Battery Park to City Hall to find historical facts and clues.

-Each team will have 75 minute to gather as much info as possible and return to Battery Gardens Cafe where we will tally up the points and announce the winners as we enjoy more food and drink!

Cost: $20 general members / $15 for VIP members

Can I come alone? Yes 98% of those attending will likely come on their own.

What should I wear: Most come from work so business casual./ Dress for the weather and be comfortable.

What if it rains?  We will give credit for the rescheduled date or for another event or send a refund

What am I looking for? You will be looking for historical & current information, taking photo’s and bringing some things back.

How long does it last?  The actual hunt is 75 minutes from the time you leave the beer garden.  Most people hang out for drinks following the hunt.

Do I need experience?  NO

How will I find the group?  We will send you a confirmation email with exact locations, contact info and names of those who are hosting the event.
