Hudson Valley Sights & Bites Day Trip: Culinary Institute Lunch, Hudson Walkway,Wine Tasting

Join us for a beautiful spring day out of the city and enjoy 3 things that the Hudson Valley is famous for; The Culinary Institute of America, Wine and The Walkway Over The Hudson Historic Park. You day will begin with the beautiful ride up the Hudson River Train line on Metro North.  Your guide will pick you up in Poughkeepsie, NY to start you adventure!   Our first stop will be lunch at the student run cafeteria "The Egg" at the Culinary Institute of America for the most amazing burgers, sandwiches, salads and grilled specials you will ever have overlooking the Hudson River.  After your trip to the CIA you can walk off some more calories on The Walkway Across the Hudson Park.  This was an old train trestle that has been converted into a park 200 feet above the river!    Once across your guide will bring you to the El Paso Winery for a flight of their home made wines.  After the Winery we'll stop at an orchard/farm stand so you can grab some fresh apples and veggies.

You will be back on the 5:54 train to NYC.
